What file formats do you accept?
We accept most vector and CAD file types, including DXF, AI, and PDF files. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll advise on the best format. We are always happy to work from drawings if vector files are not available.
What services do you offer?
Wrexham CNC is a go-to provider for precision cutting and engraving solutions, whether you're a hobbyist needing one off designs or a business requiring large-scale production. We work across a variety of materials such as MDF, acrylic, plastics and foam.
What machines do you have?
We have both CNC and Laser cutting machines, giving us a perfect balance of heavy duty cutting and intricate work. We can precisely cut and carve many materials from your digital files.
Do you only work with businesses?
Not at all! We work with both businesses and individuals - from large scale production runs to one-off custom projects.
What is the maximum size you can cut?
Our CNC machines can handle sheets up to 1220mm x 2440mm while our laser cutter works up to 725mm x 425mm
What materials can you cut?
We work with a variety of materials, including wood, sheet materials such as MDF, acrylic, foam and plastics. Feel free to contact us with your project details and we can chat things through.
Do you supply materials?
Yes we have a broad selection of material suppliers to source the materials you require. If you'd rather provide your own materials then that is also fine.
Are you able to accept recurring/regular orders?
Yes! That is exactly what we are set up for. We have several clients who need weekly/monthly quantities of their respective items. Providing a consistent and efficient service is a core part of what we strive for.
How do I get a quote?
You can either email or pop in! If you want to email then simply send us your design file along with the details of the material, thickness and quantity. You are always welcome to phone the workshop to chat through what you're looking for. Once we have all the info we require we will get back to you asap with your bespoke quote.
What is your turnaround time?
We will always confirm lead times before starting. Lead times can vary significantly depending on various factors. It is possible that smaller jobs can be factored in for a quick turnaround - so it's always worth asking the question.
Can you make just one prototype?
Yes we are happy to do one-off prototypes before you commit to a full production run. The costs involved would be subject to job complexity and the materials involved.
Do you offer engraving or personalisation?
Absolutely, we can engrave logos, text or graphics onto most materials for branding or personalised gifts.
Do you ship orders?
Yes we ship nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight and delivery location.
